Not all the designs in the webstore are ready to ship when this store opens. We'll be busy printing and embroidering designs until the beginning of September. Once the items in your order are ready, our small team may take 1–6 days to process and ship your order. We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Your HSB Presale merch order will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail from Sebastopol, CA.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any Hardly Strictly Bluegrass merchandise. All sales are final. Our little pop-up store only exists for 8 weeks until we shift our focus to building the festival merch stores in the park.

If you are uncertain of your correct size, consider purchasing at the event where you can see the garment prior to purchase.
